Susan’s Home Health is a locally owned and operated home health agency that provides nurses, therapists, and personal care to homebound adults in Manatee County.  It is our priority to listen to our patients and providers. We deliver care as prescribed to help our patients/clients accerlate recovery of health and independence.  Listening to our clients improves understanding and the likelihood of learning what is most important to them.  Achieving the personal goals of the client will encourage progress and optimism.
